01 Position based in Phnom Penh

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assistant Manager- Human Resources is responsible in carrying out projects and activities including policy and procedures, social welfare, supporting HR initiatives, succession plan and talent management He/she is responsible to deliver HR services to the organization and ensuring harmonized HR operations and compliance within Cambodia Airports Group. The functions of Assistant Manager- Human Resources include, but not limited to the following:

 

  1. Draft policy and procedure update and communicate them to employees and concerned stakeholders.
  2. Drive and facilitate HR Quality within the Group.
  3. Assist reviewing employee communication to ensure appropriate tools and messages are given to employees effectively and timely.
  4. Drafts and edits job descriptions by working with all concerned departments and HR Business Unit.
  5. Review HR practices with Business Unit to ensure harmonized HR operations being carried out within the group.
  6. Assist reviewing training activities and development strategies to build organizational effectiveness.
  7. Plans and organize activities of the division and participating in development of the division goals, objectives and systems. 
  8. Network local and regional training academy to source talent and build corporate partnership with the professional organizations.
  9. Assist reviewing health care system and monitoring social security claims to ensure quality and safeguarding standard of care will be continuously improved. 
  10. Functionally working with HR Business Unit in area not limiting to succession plan and talent management. 
 
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Special Services Contract
JOB's REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Legal working age.
  2. Bachelor Degree in Management/Education or other related fields.
  3. At least 2-3 years previous HR experiences.
  4. Previous experiences in handling project.
  5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  6. High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  7. Proven proficiency in spoken and written both English and Khmer.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to achieve focused results.
  9. Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent assignment simultaneously.
  10. Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
