GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative HR system support, ranging not only from data entry, but also maintaining database system, developing reports to the management and acting as technical support for HR software as well as providing general personnel administration support.

DIVISION / DEPARTMENT: Corporate HR & Admin
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Legal working age
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Previous IT experience at least 2 years
  • Good knowledge of Crystal Reports
  • Experience in software installations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Access databases
  • Some knowledge of personnel management practices
  • Computer literate – Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Proven proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Willing to learn new things and with a can-do attitude
